Security Council Press Statement on suicide car bomb attack against the embassy of Turkey in Mogadishu, Somalia

SOMALIA – The members of the Security Council condemned in the strongest terms the suicide car bomb attack against one of the main buildings of the embassy of Turkey in Mogadishu, Somalia, on 27 July, which resulted in one death and left several others wounded. They expressed their deep sympathy and sincere condolences to the families of the victims of this heinous act, and to the Government and people of Turkey.  (more…)
